A cosmos is a self-inclusive system, rooted in harmonia – the “fitting together” of opposites, a union which is accomplished through the principle of logos or proportion. In a physical sense cosmos refers to space-time continuum; it is antithetic to the notion of chaos.

The art work Cosmos offers expanded associations of place and language. Random splinters of mirrored plexiglass reflect the viewer (reality), the space between each splinter is blank (void). Each splinter is generated from abstracted Devnagri calligraphic script incorporating the words breathe, ever and surrender.
